Welcome to a yoga trek in the lap of the Himalayas.

Combining yoga with trekking is our way to show you some of the most spectacular landscapes,

as well as improve your strength, fitness and metabolism. The benefits of daily yoga and

breathing exercises will become more apparent as we continue our ascent to higher altitudes.

This yoga trek also gives you the opportunity to experience Nepalese culture. You will be invited

to take part in social work during your trek which allows you to explore Nepalese culture.

Highlights

  • An easy, moderate and low-altitude trek with breath-taking scenery of some of the highest Himalayan peaks. From the terraced rice-fields above Pokhara, we walk on good trails through picturesque Gurung villages and the world’s biggest rhododendron forest, which in spring, bursts with colours. The dawn views of Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchare and Annapurna south, from Poon Hill are the highlights of this trek. Short and fairly easy, this trek is a perfect starter for those not sure of their walking ability, or those who wish to make the most of only a few days. The trek finishes at the magnificent lake at Pokhara.
